... bought a pregnancy test. And now here it was in front of her, proof positive that she was pregnant. "Fuck, what am I going to do", she wondered aloud. "I can't do this alone. I know Alex needs time, but he needs to know that he's going to be a father."

She hurried to the kitchen, where she'd left her phone and sent her son a text. "I just hope he reads it", she said, although she wasn't hopeful. Setting her phone down, she sat down at the table.

She knew it was risky for a woman her age to have a child. And she knew she hadn't gone through the change yet, but she'd thought she and Alex were safe, even without protection. "Obviously not, stupid", she told herself. "Now what are you going to do?"

She didn't have an answer for that question, but she would have to figure it out. Suddenly her phone buzzed and she immediately grabbed it, hoping it was Alex. "Will", she said when she saw who the message was from. She'd been ignoring him since she threw him out yesterday. She knew she owed him an explanation, but she didn't know what to do. "Story of my life", she said, sighing as she set the phone back down.

Alex was sitting on the couch when he heard a knock on the door. He got up and opened the door, to find a man standing there. "Can I help you", Alex asked, the man surprised at seeing Alex. "Um, I'm Mike, Polly's neighbor. The mailman left her package at my house by mistake", Mike said, seeming nervous.

"He did, huh", Alex said, taking the plain brown box from the man. "You didn't by any chance take the package so you would have an excuse to come over here, did you", Alex asked with a smile. "Why would I do that", Mike asked, looking like he'd been caught doing something nefarious.

"Well, Polly is an attractive woman. Maybe you like her and this is your way to get a chance to talk to her", Alex said. As they spoke, Alex looked Mike up and down. The man was tall, just over six foot. He had an athletic looking body, with just a hint of fat around his gut. He has short black hair and dark green eyes. All in all, an attractive man.

"I don't know what you're talking about", Mike said, but he was clearly lying. "It's alright", Alex said. "I'm Alex, Polly's nephew. She's already left for work. Why don't you come in and you can tell me all about yourself. And why you like my aunt."

Within moments, Mike and Alex were sitting at the kitchen table. Alex had found a few beers in the fridge and opened one for each of them. As he sat down, he looked at Mike. "So, what's the deal? Why aren't you dating my aunt?" "I don't know", Mike said. "I just can't get up the courage to ask her out."

"Well, Mike, I'm going to help you out. There are two things women respond to, confidence and power. When you speak to them, have confidence, confidence that you deserve them and that they want you. And then, when you're with them, you must be powerful. That makes them feel safe and submissive."
